Open source materials

The mdbase specification and open source software are provided under the licenses stated in their repositories. Those licenses govern source code, conformance fixtures, examples, and documentation distributed with the projects.

Open beta

mdbase Connect is pre-release software. Availability, storage, routing, and account features may change before a stable release. Keep independent backups of important collections. Treat the open beta as a working copy of data. The service has no availability or data-retention guarantee.

Acceptable use

Use the service within applicable law and granted access. Authorized security testing must stay within its agreed scope. Interference with other users and bypassing application grants or collection authority checks are prohibited.

No warranty

Pre-release services carry no warranty to the extent permitted by law. Open source components retain the warranty terms in their respective licenses.
