Email callum@mdbase.dev for help with your account, a connected application, or anything on this page. Include the application you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Never send passwords, recovery codes, or collection contents.

ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients
The mdbase plugin and connector use the MCP endpoint https://mcp.mdbase.dev/mcp. Each collection is approved separately, with its own operations.
- A collection is missing. Ask the assistant to connect another collection, then approve it at the link it gives you.
- Writes are refused. The collection was approved for reading only. Ask the assistant to reconnect it and approve write access.
- Operations fail or time out. A local collection is reachable only while its computer is on and the Connect app is running. Hosted collections do not depend on your computer. Checkservice status.
Manage or revoke access
Review connected applications, collections, and computers inConnect. Revoking an application's access takes effect on its next request. To be sure an assistant can no longer reach a collection, revoke its access in Connect rather than only removing the plugin or connector from the assistant.
